2. as a legal entity (company, trust, foundation, etc.) [fill in the top section AND please provide the additional information requested in the "legal entity" section]

Once you complete this form, you will be taken to a new page where you will be asked to:

1. complete a Know Your Customer process, and
2. review and sign our lender services agreement

All of these are once off processes to get you onboarded to our community and our platform.
